In our production facility, covering more than 4,000 m², we manufacture prefabricated pipe spools, steel structures and process equipment, ready for transport and efficient installation on site. Production under controlled workshop conditions ensures consistent quality, shorter installation times and fewer unforeseen issues on site.

Controlled production process – from materials to final documentation

Integrated assemblies of pipelines, fittings, equipment, and supporting structures, prepared for transport and connection on-site. Welding is performed according to approved WPS procedures, based on appropriate WPQR qualifications, in compliance with EN ISO 3834-2.

Qualified welding procedures

We apply processes 141 – TIG, 111 – MMA/SMAW, 135 – MAG, and combined processes, depending on the material, wall thickness, and project documentation requirements.

Materials and material grades

Carbon, low-alloy, and stainless steels, including P235GH, P265GH, S235/S355, API 5L Gr. B, X42/X52, 16Mo3, 304/304L, and 316/316L, in accordance with available qualifications and project requirements.

We are aware that large projects cannot tolerate delays. That's why we manage the complete cycle under one roof, from workshop prefabrication to final on-site assembly. By relying on our own 4,000 m² facility and a team of over 100 qualified experts, we eliminate the need for multiple contractors and ensure rapid mobilization across Europe.

Material traceability and controlled production process

We carry out production using materials defined in the project specification, with identification and traceability maintained from receipt through to final delivery. Material documentation, welding, inspection, and testing are recorded in the Manufacturing Data Record.

Traceability of base and filler materials;

Material certificates in accordance with EN 10204, most commonly Type 3.1;

WPS/WPQR documentation and welder qualification records;

Weld map and welding log;

VT and other NDT examinations in accordance with the ITP;

Dimensional inspection reports;

Pressure test reports;

Surface preparation and coating documentation;

Final Manufacturing Data Record (MDR).

Certified management systems and welding quality

Our management system is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, while quality management in welding production is carried out according to EN ISO 3834-2. Products are manufactured according to project documentation and agreed technical requirements, applying relevant EN, ISO, ASME, and API standards when defined by the project. For pressure equipment, the appropriate conformity assessment procedure according to PED requirements is applied.
